★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai visité la SAAQ été 2021 et j’ai eu une expérience Désagréable, cela dit j’y suis retourné il y a qq semaines et il y a eu beaucoup de progrès surtout pour la prise de rdv, il y avait même quelqu’un sur place pour s’assurer que les gens n’attendent pas inutilement!
Félicitations! Très belle expérience et personnel courtois!
 I visited the SAAQ summer 2021 and I had an Unpleasant experience, that said I went back a few weeks ago and there was a lot of progress especially for making appointments, there was even someone one on site to make sure people don't wait unnecessarily!

Il y avait meme des personnes agees sous la pluie a attendre.
Leur justificatif, on veut inciter les gens a prendre rdv.
Lack of consideration towards the clientele. I showed up without an appointment and was asked to wait in the rain despite there being room inside.
There were even old people in the rain waiting.
Their proof, we want to encourage people to make an appointment.
