He was very professional and made the whole experience very positive as I didn't feel nervous at all and explained my mistakes very clearly at the end. I passed with very good score and would definitely recommend this registry to do the road test.
L	Leon T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On December 13 around 12:30 pm, I went here to apply for a temporary handicap parking pass, because I just had surgery on my foot and was walking on crutches. The line up was to the entrance door, but the super kind staff (sorry, didn't get her name) was able to queue me to the front of the line! And, the great staff behind the counter (again,didn't get her name) was very kind and swift in getting my application and provided temporary handicap parking pass! You ladies were great and I really appreciate the kind gestures!
A	Ailyn Sambrano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give a zero star review I would. Worst customer service ever. They refused my paperwork because the signature was "not good enough". I even brought them the pen it was signed with, and they refused to accept it. I literally showed them the pen mark, and they were acting as if they could not see with their own eyes. Went to another registry and had no issues, and they were atleast friendly and efficient. Not only were the workers at Northeast registries rude, they were unprofessional about how they dealt with the situation.
S	Steven Kopke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its the person that counts. Went today to renew both my drivers and registration. I wish I remembered the young ladies name, but she was awesome. Just know around 230/300pm she was on the far right, and her booth was facing the other booths. Hold onto this lady.

M	Michelle Gordon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Stand in line for over an hour to have the most unprofessional service ever. Just there to renew my plates which I have owned for 6 years. Refused to renew. I had previous registration, current insurance and ID. When I asked for a manager I was told to commit fraud by getting my husbands name added to the bill of sale on a vehicle I own myself for 2 years. He is on the insurance but not the loan and plate in both our names. After telling them off I drove to another registration office and was out in 15 min with no problem. They were just trying to sell me a new plate. Garbage service, never again!

Challenge was no ramp or automatic door so it was difficult getting into the building. Then the line area was so narrow we could barely get through the line. I thought it was law to make businesses handicap friendly. Aside from that the person who helped us was friendly and did our request quickly.
B	Barbie-Siu Jipp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mary-Ann helped me get my new driver's license and registration on my new vehicle. Extra work was required for both and most customer service reps would have said come back when you have all your paperwork but Mary-A reached out to my car dealership to get my bill of sale. Wow is all I can say, I was so impressed. She also gave me the urge to get a new license photo and again, "above and beyond" customer service. Mary-Ann you make NE Registries a great place to do business.
