Great service, friendly staff. Helped my father out with his road test and license renewal. Were patient with him and guided him through the process.

Worst customer services I have received. I have never given a bad review to someone but these people are the most incompetent and rudest people I’ve ever met. They make the mistake and won’t own up to it. They registered my car with the wrong body Color and when I go back, they don’t update the information unless the other registered owner is there when I’m also the owner of the vehicle.

I went to this registry to renew the AHC and driver license and services was awful. People was quite rude and did not know the rules or process and were unable to explain in a clear way what was required to renew the AHC and treat me really bad in front of my 10 years son - terrible experience!. I do not recommend this registry at all and the next day (today) I went to the registry at 10 Ave an the experience was amazing, people were very cordial and kind, willing to help and they know the process/system and provide a solution. Hope this helps out

Registry called me several times at once to tell me my credit card payment didn't go through and to complete the transaction for my insurance. Wasim was abrupt over the phone and didn't offer an apology for his oversight and I will be looking for a different to conduct business as my credit card information was correct but was led to believe I was at fault. I still got charged the service fee of 4% for his mistake. He can take the 4% out the door. Very disappointing.

The first two people I interacted with were really pleasant and helpful. The third clerk (Maaza I believe) was very rude and condescending towards me. She was not helpful and continuously made passive aggressive remarks which made me uncomfortable. I’ve been here previously and always had very pleasant interactions with another gentlemen (can’t remember his name) but this incident alone is enough to deter me from ever going there again. Which, honestly, I don’t think the people working there will care about but maybe the business owner should. It shouldn’t be that hard to be kind.

Whoever the lady was at the front help deck needs to learn how to treat customers with RESPECT. Heard her call a older lady on the phone AND sorry we don't know exactly how it works. So she started yelling at the person on the phone as im standing waiting to be helped then I go to ask a question when it's my turn. She laughs at me not knowing I needed the paper and not a picture of the bill of sale. If I was her boss I would have kicked her out on the spot and the manager even came up and at least he was respectful and asked the person on the phone to come in and they can help her. I decided to leave and won't be going back. I was blown away at the way she was talking to customers and the disrespect and anger was in her voice

I cannot walk well and do not own a car. I needed to get a government picture ID. When I arrived, I was told that I had to provide proof of address in the form of a bill or other mailed correspondence. There had been no mention of this when I called a week earlier to find out what documentation I needed to provide. The agent gave me a bright smile and said he didn't make the laws. He seemed to be enjoying himself. When I asked the receptionist why I hadn't been told about the requirement when I called, she just shrugged and said she didn't know. I went back only because my circumstances made going to another Registry prohibatively difficult.

The employees do not seem present or happy at all. coming to this registry was the complete opposite of a welcoming environment. I felt dismissed and judged right off the bat, especially by the woman checking people in at the front desk. I also think it's ridiculous that they require a government issued piece of I.D simply to wait in line... only giving two stars because even though the customer service sucked, I still got done what I needed to get done. However, I don't think I will be frequenting this registry anytime soon.
