Avoid this registry save you time! Reply: I think you need to educate your agents, because of one missing paper one agent won't renew,next day other agent said that he doesn't need that paper! Education is everything!!! Have a nice day!

My gripe was for the added charge to pay my fine AND the limited free parking with the only alternative being paid parking. With some windshield wipers being lifted due to the snow, one has to wonder IF workers were taking up the few limited free spaces. I’ll be looking for another registry office as fees and parking are sticky points for me.

She gave clear directions and was very fair in her scoring taking the time to explain areas I needed to improve now that I am going out onto the road on my own. I also want to mention Alberto. I failed my test my first try with Alberto but he was also a very good examiner. He was very fair and gave very clear directions throughout. I really appreciated that he took the time after the test to explain why I failed and how I could improve. He also encouraged me to try again and it was the words that I needed to hear after being disappointed in myself that I had failed. I wish I got their names but the individual who checked me in for my exam was so kind and helpful! After my exam the women who helped me was also great! I had a few other things to do at the registry and she helped me get each one done and I didn’t feel rushed. She helped me fill out all of the forms and was so kind. Overall a great experience at this location both times! They all seem like a very professional and experienced team of people.

Nice, comfortable location. They actually answer the phone. Not afraid to answer your questions or get you in touch with someone who can. Good parking and lower wait times also.

Even though they sometimes have a long queue, they do seem to get through the backlog quickly. I have always enjoyed going to this registry in comparison to others, because they are friendly and you receive professional treatment. I highly recommend them!

He was so cool and answered all my questions. I do not blame others due to my previous failures but I think in some examiners would love to magnify any mistakes you make. Or sometimes while you are driving, they tell you that what you did was wrong. Can you imagine that? And some examiners reject the others. Alberto was so helpful. The staff was amazing and quick. I highly recommend this place with its nice and caring people. God Bless you all, Southland Registry!

First time I failed, and was given really great, specific feedback that would help me pass the next test, and I did pass the second time! Alberto was super calm, and put my nerves at ease! His advice helped me pass my next test with flying colours. The second time I had a female, with brown hair, who was incredibly kind, and helpful, and assessed me fairly. The staff at the desk are so accommodating, and outgoing. Overall I had a great experience at this registry, and highly recommend it!
