Absolute worst registry in the city, I dont live in the community all I needed was the vehicle I had already purchased registered. Brought the bill of sale in the original copy for that matter, and they said no we can't accept it. Even though its the original!!!!! thank goodness the previous owner lived a block away and had to have him come down to show the photocopy of the bill of sale. Their reasoning for not accepting the first one is that apparently the supervisors fingers were dry so is that how Alberta Gov checks the factuality of the signature on a bill of sale. To have the final say based on finger touch on the ink on the paper??? finally after almost an hour and calling the owner of the vehicle to the registry I had to fill out a statement of declaration stating that the copy I was providing which I had just signed literally 5 minutes prior was the original. Will never be back here and will recommend for no-one to ever go here. I will definitely be speaking with a government official about this. I did not know that a supervisors feel of the paper I signed is or qualifies as the legal judgment for whether a BOS is the original copy. What would someone have to gain from making 10 copies of the Bill of Sale. Complete waste of time! What if the owner of the vehicle lived on the otherside of town, completely unbelievable, go to Southland instead!!!!!!! PS: if someone doesn't speak English well and doesn't understand we no longer require stickers on the plates, instead of repeating the same thing 12 times and then giggling to your coworkers how people don't understand. Be a little more patient.

The staff here are amazing. They are happy, friendly and answered all of my questions. It was a pleasure going in and getting things done in a short time. Keep up the great work.

In the last (4) visits, they were fast, and always enough staff to keep the que short. Also, they didnt make fun of me for having to come back so many times- very appreciated!

The staff is good however it is not good for road test. The instructor is very intimidating and makes you more nervous.

All the 5 stars for only 2 guys, If u're looking for a real support & help just ask for "LIDA" & "Surein", thank you guys ur smiles and friendly treats made my day. I had a bad experience with one rude & grumpy woman with a very short hair, she was treating the customers like she's in a military, a huge difference in the same place!! It's better for her to find another job online with no contact with people. I hope the management of Mojo's will just give a small attention regarding their staff attitude.

To the driving instructor who told me I didn't have what it takes to secure a class 5 license: Practiced with my partner for a month. Messed up every now and then. Appeared for a test at another registry and got mine with a flawless driving score. Pros: Great registry staff at the desk. They had good customer service skills and apologized for keeping me waiting. They also had a good persona about them and I love that. I would go here if I need to get basic things done like license renewal. Cons: Not at all a good first driving test experience. The instructor wasn't a very nice guy. Fine, I was new to Canada, was nervous and sucked at my first attempt but what made things worse was this guy arguing with me whilst I was driving and then saying I didn't have what it takes to get a class 5. I do believe that people's driving test experiences can drastically change if instructors are more understanding and encouraging.

I have been using Mojo for my business fleets for years, and it's about time I gave them the credit they are due. I have always had great service here, and my requests are often complex and time consuming. With 5 business fleets and regular imports from the U.S. and other provinces, they have always taken the time to work through my requests with me. I would especially like to thank Shawna for her incredible skills and patience in handling my accounts. It's rare to find another company these days that works as hard as I do to look after my business, but I can say in all honesty that Mojo meets that standard. You really should give them a try.

I would not recommend this place after the few times I've been here. Had all my paperwork in order and they still give u a massive hard time over the difference of a Chevy and GMC (which there is no difference other than letters... I've literally had cops write the wrong make on my paperwork b4 btw the engines a rebuild and is a Chevy moter)( OMG same thing)) I would definitely recommend going out of your way to go to AltaFacts search & registry for anything you need. Even pop down to Southland if it's closer, they have such kinder customer service whether or not you have all your paperwork in order and are way more open to explaining procedures than commenting on my attitude. Southland Registry and the NW Registry are also better options but the lines are always stacked in the late afternoons better luck for quick service in the mornings.
