We had such a great experience working with Jordan and Sheldon and Team selling our home and buying a new one, we would highly recommend him and his team! He sold our house (with competing offers!) in 2 weeks, in early December. We got exactly what we wanted for it and Jordan made the process easy and efficient. He has great communication skills, always keeping us up to date and checking in. Jordan spent a lot of time showing us many houses we were interested in, he was very patient, knowledgeable, and fun to spend time with. He provided us with many details of the ones we were interested in, comps in the neighbourhoods, and even brought in a designer to one we were interested in renovating. We were planning on looking at a house one evening that had just dropped significantly in price, Jordan called us urgently that day saying we needed to see it that afternoon as offers would only be accepted until 5:00pm. He quickly got us in to see it and even though he was busy he had Sheldon and Kristine meet us there immediately. All of the paperwork was prepared ahead of time in the event we wanted to write an offer as it was such a tight timeline, so it was very efficient for us to put in our offer with the assistance and input of Sheldon and Kristine. For such a crazy situation and quick decision, all 3 of them helped us make a quick yet confident decision. Ultimately, we got the house of our dreams against 5 competing offers! As we had tried to strengthen our offer with a very quick possession, Jordan was super quick in getting us a home inspection and in contact with our mortgage broker and lawyer. With a short 3 week timeline between offer and possession, he was very knowledgeable in the exact steps we needed to take. We are now moved in to our new home and couldn't be happier! We definitely had an interesting real estate experience but always felt extremely confident in Jordan and his team's understanding and capability. We feel they went above and beyond for us and we couldn't recommend them more!!
