★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had my road test taken at this registry today. The staff were amazing and kind.
My examiner was Ken and he was Awesome. He immediately reduced my stress with his warm greeting. He was very professional and patient. He explained about my mistakes and how to improve my skills even though I passed the test.
I'm not sure about the other examiners, but if you take your test here and Ken would be your examiner, you are in good hands. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly people. Ken administered my class 6 road test yesterday and he was very good. I thought I failed but I actually passed with flying colors, I haven't ridden a motorcycle in 7 years so I was kind of rusty. Plus they have the best reviews of all the registries I know.

I went there with the intention of swapping my existing driver's license but the agent who worked with me even assisted with the health insurance application. I did not spend more than 20 mins from start to finish. Once you have all your documents in order, the process is smooth and effortless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's be honest: nobody likes going to the registry. It makes me anxious just thinking about it.
Yet, for some reason I look forward to my trips to the registry thanks to this location. While it may seem a little bit small-time or old school at first glance, I have consistently received A+ service every time. They are fast, efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. One year, they caught a typo on my pink card I had overlooked which totally saved my bacon.
There are registries closer to me, but no matter what, I'll always make the trip here. They make it painless.
Keep up the good work, guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only registry in Calgary that isn't a complete nightmare to go to. There is rarely a long line and even if the line is long, it moves quickly. Staff are competent and friendly. Even if I didn't live close to this registry, I will drive all the way to it because it is so much better than the others. Stress-free and hassle-free! Who knew going to the registry could be easy!?

The agents here are friendly, polite and efficient.
I took my Class 5B road test there, my examiner was Ahmed, and he is just amazing: knowledgable, professional, patient, friendly and easygoing. He remains calm at all times, and with his positive attitude, he makes you feel more comfortable and reduces your stress right from the beginning and throughout the whole exam. He gives clear and precise instructions and you have enough time to make your decisions on the road. Also, he patiently explains your mistakes and gives recommendations on areas you need to improve. And yes, he is happy to answer you questions.
