Explained absolutely everything - answered all of my silly questions and didn’t make me feel silly for asking them. I’d 100% recommend this place. It’s quick, staff are very friendly and know what they are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you make a slight error or correction on your bill of sale, and it is not in pristine condition, do not come here. I bought a vehicle and we only had 1 copy of the bill of sale, it was slightly marked up but still very legible. The people here are not like us humans, they are more like… robots. Went to another registry and it was accepted. Will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For my will I need signature of 2 witnesses in front of notary. Registry provided witnesses for me as far I was not able to do so. I was in and out after 15 minutes. I was able to book appointment with notary online as well, so no line up for me. Great service. Very satisfied with service I have received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, friendly, efficient. No impatience when I had difficulty hearing or when I forgot my card on the desk. Pablo is a very polite, helpful young man. If you are fortunate you will get him. Although my husband was also very happy with the service he received from a young woman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hadn't planned to go to the registry that day, but I happened to walk by and I'm very glad I did. Overall this place was, busy, but very well organized and moving at a much better pace than other registries. What made this experience most exceptional was one of the supervisors, Garrett. This guy went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to date for me after moving back to Calgary. Most people don't go that extra mile to also ensure my Alberta Health Services card was active, ensuring I had knowledge of how to update/transfer my vaccine records. And the options made available for renewal. Making this a "one resolution visit", I was really blown away.
Would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area, or even outside of DT, it's worth the trip to get amazing service!

Everyone of the staff is so helpful and give you all informations you need to complete your application and get papers you need.

You can tell that they’re happy to be working there and they seem to get along well with each other (just what I observed while waiting in line). Looks like a great team! Also, definitely do your road test here. My examiner was so calming in comparison to my experience elsewhere.
