J	J P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, Agents Amery and Ali were very kind and prompt with responses. Move-in went very smoothly and the heated loading dock is definitely a plus. The building feels very secure with 24-hour security and they’re always kind enough to hold our parcels. I’m a south-facing unit so I am exposed to the train passing by. I’m also a lower unit so I can definitely hear some traffic and train noises but not too the point where it’s disruptive to daily living. We’re in downtown so some extraneous noises are expected. One concern is that I think someone finally moved into the unit above me and occasionally I can hear them walking around or moving furniture. I’m hoping once they’re all settled the between floor noises will be minimized. I’m very pleased with the layout of my 2-bed unit. The bedroom is big enough for a king bed with plenty of space and doesn’t feel cramped at all. The living room has ample space for my sectional and extra seating. To be fair, I don’t have a dining table because I don’t need one. I expect to be able to fit a small, round 4-person table if I change my mind. All this to say, so far so good living at West Village Towers!
B	Bryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic building with a great leasing team, and super friendly concierge. The rent is more than reasonable for the more luxury living experience that is offered. My only complaint, albeit small, is the very basic gym. It doesn't offer anything more than your standard hotel gym, which unfortunately won't meet the needs of the more avid gym goer.
E	Everett Witherspoon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allow me to begin this review by saying that West Village Towers is something that Calgary was in dire need of for a long time. Although we own a home, we were looking for a two bedroom suite for our daughter, and we were surprised by the offerings found at the property. From one bedrooms to three bedrooms, the developers took every type of lifestyle (young professionals and families) that exists in town into consideration and brought it to the city in one property. Cameron from Concierge was an absolute delight to chat with. Ali was our host and is a well-mannered man that is too intellectual and stylish for his age. We’d like to thank Cameron and Ali for their hospitality and the developers for bringing a property that is design and noteworthy to Calgary.
I	I C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVE LOVE LOVE this building!!! Don't have the words to explain how gorgeous this building is. My husband and I just toured this property yesterday afternoon and can't even tell you how lovely and professional the leasing agent was. She was incredibly kind and answered all of our questions with so much detail and kindness. The lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! I felt like I was walking into a 5-star hotel in downtown NY. The lighting and symmetry of the wall design takes your breathe away. The amenity centre and gym is on the top floors of the building and feels like you are working out in the clouds. My husband and I are gym bunnies and we nearly flipped when we saw the gym equipment in the building, let alone the gorgeous panoramic view of the rockies and the city. The units are so spacious and bright and the show suites staging was so modern and clean I almost wanted to ask if they would consider renting us with the furniture (haha) :D wow wow wow! I could go on and on but I feel this review would go on for pages. Bottom line I would HIGHLY recommend touring this place. Make sure to ask to see the two-bedroom suite with the green sofa (I'M OBSESSED) with that unit. We have just sent our application in for December and (fingers crossed) we get approved to move in before the holidays! Would love to start the new year in such a modern, ultra-luxe home.
P	Penny K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually review things but my husband and I moved in a month ago and I am IN LOVE with this building! I love that it has a concierge (I mean how cool) and the smell in the lobby makes me feel like every time I come home I'm walking into a Hotel lobby I don't know what the smell is but it reminds me of the Langham Hotel in Chicago where my husband and I honeymooned ?. Also I can't believe its been a month and I STILL can't get over how amazing the gym is!!! Literally I wake up every morning and go for my run and I feel like I'm running in the clouds!!! It's SOOOOO beautiful and (clean). We used to live at Versus (not too far away) but were looking for a change of pace and I am SO glad we came because the suites here are SOOO big!! Like I literally had to do a double take when we saw our suite for the first time....the value for money is RIDICULOUS!! There is no condo in downtown Calgary for that size at that price! My husband and I are trying for a family and I couldn't think of a better place for us. I love the environment here and they hire the sweetest staff! Everyone is so pleasant and helpful! I could go on forever but simply put I love everything about this place!! Highly recommend living here
B	B Airford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful building. BUT, it costs 30% more than market! Individual landlords are offering 2 bedroom 2 bath on a high floor in eg. Stella/Nova/Luna (modern buildings with AC, etc.) with underground parking for $1800. 2 bdrm 2 bath on a high floor in West Village Towers with parking is $2400. That's 30% higher! I realize it can be a little harder to work with individual landlords (although some are very good), but who can justify paying 30% more?? We have the money, but we just can't justify spending it on this.
S	Saud Riyaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a very welcoming people, i admire their hospitality and how they ensure the move in process being smooth. after touring the residence, my family and I were satisfied with the extra perks of having a home here.. being able to go to the gym which is well equipped and the kids absolutely went crazy when we toured the gaming arcade on the rooftop and having to be around a beautiful view of downtown Calgary. not to mention, the common areas in the rooftop which is also breath taking. the location is really good as well, my family and I definitely recommend West Village Towers

The move in was a smooth process and greeted with a welcoming team which makes it feel more at home. I've been here for a month and only have great things to say about the apartment, atmosphere, beautiful common rooms equipped with games + lounge, gym facility located on the top floor and a future outdoor patio for friends and family to enjoy. Ali has been extremely welcoming and has been very transparent regarding any questions when approached. The team is always available to answer any questions. Some of these reviews baffle me as they claim the rent is higher than others in Calgary. Keep in mind this is a brand new building featuring high quality appliances that I did not see in other buildings. The gym located on the top floor was a smart decision as it gives people more motivation to focus on their health while having beautiful city and mountains views.
