★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 2 stacks of 30 pages to be bound (done it myself in 2 minutes) when at an office with a punch machine. The 2 goons just standing around and when I asked for the 6 minute job to be done they wanted a day's turn around. I needed it and I then watched these guys just stand around for 10 minutes jibbering with one another doing nothing. Phoned TPH the print house and they said they would do ti while I wait and charges 20% less. AVOID these lazy losers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this store to purchase a desktop PC on October 24th between 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM and waited one hour for the employee to retrieve the desktop.
They went from we only have the display model to we will have to order it or pick up at Chinook Staple to we have the product and they end up telling me they don't have the desktop at all.
They wasted an hour of my time during a working day, I needed the computer for today. If they don't have it then I would've looked elsewhere.
The person who was helping is obviously new and he had to consult his senior during the time he was helping. I made eye contact with his senior but I was ignored and he could've helped as well.
I called the customer service line and spoke with the complaint department and I would like the store GM to call me back to provide me with a proper response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only giving a 5 stars to one particular staff member that helped me after 2 guys were irritated they had to help me but struggled with the language, understandable. Kyrian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, went out of his way for me so I made sure to go through him and did end up buying a notebook and earphones. Excellent service from this young man, if you go here ask for him, he's sharp and on the ball ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Staples is the worst example of zero customer service big box business you can ever run into. I ordered a print online, I checked it before leaving, it was completely smeared, and the customer service person blamed my file. That file was a crisp 11 MB when I uploaded it and somehow got softened online to be illegible and useless.
Then you get the powerless stare of a customer service person who just points at a screen and says it's your fault. They can't do anything. This is what I asked for. I showed her the image I uploaded and she just shrugged.
Go anywhere else for supplies and prints. London Drugs and Vistek have been good to me and I regret trying Staples.
