Plus, the process is quite speedy! Manpal is very quick to respond with a quote, and once the printing starts, I can always expect the project to be finished and ready for pickup for the next day. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a problem with your package, just leave this branch immediately because they do not allow you to speak and explain your situation. It was hard to communicate with them. Also, I am in doubt they can understand this language. The handler acted like I am his wife or daughter, so his manner is not great. Anyway, I called one of the downtown locations, and they solved the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is 9:30am. The store should be open at 9am, and I'm standing around waiting to ship a package. I have many other things I need to get done today. I understand that things happen that could make the employees late for work, but there should also be a backup plan for such occasions. In order to ensure your business is open when advertised. Otherwise you are disrupting peoples lives. I drove from Beddington to Kensington for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a thoroughly terrible business. UPS evidently has no ability to deliver anything on time. FedEx and Canada Post are far superior. Oh and UPS isn't tracking packages anymore... If you don't allow me to review UPS as a whole I'm going to 1 star every UPS store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit to respond to the store owner: I would say that a properly protected package should be able to be shipped by anyone. However, it is great that you've made a note that you will only pack based on USPS store standard. If a package is heavy or expensive you won't add any more materials for some reason. Also, your backhanded comment about my 'emotional distress' is incredibly unprofessional. I'm glad that me losing $1,000 is a lighthearted situation for you.

I had a beautiful espresso machine that needed to be shipped to the US. It was heavy af and incredibly expensive so I had this UPS store pack it for me. Well, for my $85 I'm pretty sure he just double boxed it with some packing peanuts in each box. It arrived at its destination with about $1,000 worth of damage. Not even a refund on my $85 was offered and the only "excuse" provided was that "it was heavy." No kidding?!? That's why I brought it here!
The carelessness of this store literally cost me about a full week of wages.

If you just drop the package, then you will be fine. But If you are going to do any other thing like printing, shipping, packaging, then it would be a terrible experience!! Choose another branch unless you really need to…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience I ever had talking to this unprofessional Store Owner. This guy won't let you speak and also force her assistance not to talk/help to the customer . I don't know how the store got 3.8 ratings, he is in wrong occupation if he doesn't have the patience to hear. This won't allow you to complete a single sentence and start shouting. I am also writing feedback to UPS Customer Care, disgusting and horrible behavior.

She goes out of her way for all customers and she is wonderful and very efficient. We go there all the time for all our business needs. I recommend it.
