I came to this ups branch where is on 700 8th Avenue SW Calgary this morning which is August 21, 2021 and asked several jobs to do. The girl who is working at this ups branch is very rude and doing very poor job. She was supposed to send me email with documents scanned. However the email didn’t come so I asked her if she sent it. She answered just wait very disagreeablely. The email didn’t come for half an hour so I asked her please send it to me again. She required me pay another 2 dollars for it but actually she didn’t send it appropriately. Therefore I said no and it is not fair since I assumed she didn’t send it to me. I begged her I would write down my email address but she said no. Eventually I confirmed the email address what she sent me and she sent it to wrong email address. I cannot understand why she didn’t just click reply instead of typing wrong one as I already sent her an email before then. I had to spend longer time for her mistake but she never apologized me rather upset to me. It was very disagreeable experience and I will never go to ups again.

Slow service , no attention to details had to call back and spellout my email address again to csr. If I didn't call back I would've never known she made a mistake . Not very friendly either.

I chatted with kerie last week before xmas she was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning shipping my packages to New foundland to my wife and kids . She had my interest at heart and found the best shipping solution for me at a good price. Thanks my presents got there one day before xmas thanks again Miss Kerie . The best ups store downtown , great people cozy and warm customer service.

Took my photo for permanent residence there. Got rejected by IRCC twice because the size was wrong; and my head was not in the center; and not within 31 to 36 mm. Wrote an email and asked them if they could edit my photo, no reply. Went to their office and asked for help again, they simply refused and said it's not their fault and they just couldn't do anything about it. Didn't even want to take a second and look at the issue. Paid $15 and got an image that didn't meet the simple standard. Had to go to somewhere else to take a photo again. False advertisement. Lousy service. Complete waste of money.

I had to post a parcel urgently to MontrΓ©al 2 days ago to be delivered the day after. I got to this UPS location last minute, the woman who was working there, she went above and beyond her limits to make that happen, and the parcel was delivered exactly in time. I am grateful for what she has done, and I definitely go there again and again.

Somehow even though I provided all the correct tracking info they gave MY package... TO THE WRONG PERSON! I wasn't given any apology or explanation. just confusion. I paid for it. And CLEARLY IDs are not checked. Reply: I'm confused as to why in the delivery email it says "Pickup location" with your address. And you say it was delivered to "the person" ... Who? Because it wasn't me..? There was a mix up , and I understand there's nothing you can do about it now. But it's extremely frustrating. I didn't just pick a UPS location to call. It was in the delivery notification email. Appreciate the response.

I don't think 5 stars is honestly enough. I had two Amazon returns and I had never used UPS for returns before. The instructions provided by Amazon where of course wrong. Joyce was an absolute angel. She was so polite and patient with me to make sure that it was done right with no issues. This included holding my boxes as I ran back to the office (just behind the store) to reprint the material provided by Amazon. I can not recommend this store more. The service was just beyond average and made my day completely. Thank you so very much for the amazing service.
