★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff! Highly recommended. My only wish is that when parcels arrive in Canada, that they can be picked up directly from a dropoff point, because third party deliverers are a headache-I remember a guy from T-Force calling me saying my parcel is with him in front of my home, cannot change delivery address to my workplace and will keep on visiting me at home from morning until only before 5pm (I work 9am to 5pm). The package was returned to the sender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience ever, if there is minus rating i won't even rate it minus, my shipment supposed to get delivered three months ago and i never get it and when we call DHL they are just making excuses about custom, I even called custom, they said there is no shipment, its with DHL office, they are not giving me call back or SMS updates, not even giving my receipts for custom clearance payments, frustrating experience ever in my whole life, so made at DHL and their employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company I have ever dealt with. They wont deliver my package. They have no proper support contact. I have a very expensive package that I needed yesterday and the driver didn't bother to drop it off, and now it's being held at the facility indefinitely. I would give this zero stars if I could. I cannot begin to explain how angry I am at this company. I will never, ever, ever use DHL again for the rest of my life. What an absolute joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 star if I could. First of all, I am supposed to be getting my package on April 11th and today is April 25th. They didn't contact me sooner if they want more information, but I have to contact at least 3times ago. This is very frustrating... And I don't mind waiting but the fact that my package is not a normal package it is live plants I am sure they're all dead now. And I hope it arrives today if they all dead I'll have to contact DHL again for any loss. And the staff don't even know what they're doing... It's so frustrating that it happened...I am going to use a different company from now on. If you could avoid this company do not give them business especially they don't do the work for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay they went above and beyond I did not buzz them in twice because my phone was on silent and I was devastated because the package would be shipped to a pickup location and I don't drive. The delivery guy CAME BACK BECAUSE HE WAS IN THE AREA and I got my package!!! I am so happy bless his heart he could have said eff it. I really appreciate that service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated in a quiet corner along 5th ave, this DHL location is one of our favourite! The staff are accommodating and always gives a good suggestion on how we can save on money, package weight and space. The guys on Saturday mornings are always helpful and very professional.
