Property manager is an absolute delight. Very knowledgeable. Building is nicer on the inside than it appears on the outside. Only sketchy thing was the laundry room.
Not a great space for value. Definitely livable, but there are better deals out there.

They strive to get you the perfect apartment for you at the right value! Kelsey helped me from the very beginning and followed up with me through the entire process guiding me and providing me great advice. Will definitely recommend this building to other people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay at Royal park plaza, Calgary. Boardwalk is simply the best. They respond to issues very quickly. If you call for maintenance, they will attend to the matter with immediate effect. Kelsey, has clients at heart. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend boardwalk any day! Excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Royal Park Plaza home for 6 years. Throughout that time I was treated extremely fairly. A particular shout-out goes to Kelsey Wong, the resident manager that handled my move-out with compassion and professionalism. Working with her made me question my choice to leave the property. She is a straight-shooter and gave me an extremely fair deal when negotiating the terms of my move. Thanks Kelsey! You did a great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a serious cockroach problem and from my understanding management is aware and making a plan. Unfortunately it has been several weeks with no sight of any attempts to rectify the cockroach issue.
This issue is in the garbage room and floors above.
I am hoping this review will help initiate an immediate course of action.
Once i feel an honest attempt has been made to clear the cockroach infestation, i will edit this review
