★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a tenant with Skinner since February, and I’m loving it so far!!! The management team really cares about their tenants and gets to know them as well. The apartments are beautiful, bright, and very homey, and they’re all in fantastic, easy to access locations with incredible views. I’ve never been more happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems that they have a issues with their staff. 1) They don t seem to know wether or not their units, though advertised on rentfaster as available, really are available. 2) They say they will call back, and never call back. 3)I hence called back several times, and in2 weeks, they still seem unable to find out wether or not their units are available. 3) Staff is rude,but not openly. As our call ended, and the receptionist was about to hang up, she slipped an exasperated "OH my God!", that I unfortunately heard.... I have always been polite courteous, never pointed out their lack of professionalism, like never calling back, and not being able to find out wether or not a unit is available..... One of the possible conclusion you could reach, is that they are prejudiced, or racist, but they could at least have the decency to not make you waste your time, and just pretend the unit is rented. Being rude is also not necessary. Even though I am just as exasperated as the receptionist from their lack of professionalism,- not following up on calls, saying they ll call back, but never calling,and ultimately, being extremely rude, I never allowed myself to be rude. I am definitely not impressed, and don t think we ll be renting from then.
