★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst renting experience ever. Couldn't get out of Sutton place fast enough. It's a disgusting building. So bad, I had to bug the manager for 3 months to get them to clean up pee in the stairwell. They do not give you 24hrs notice before entering your unit (not sure how they get away with that). I had men walk in on me on two different occasions. They claimed they knocked, but clearly not loud enough. I'd come home from work, and it would be very evident someone had been in my place that day. I talked to others in the building, and they each hated the place and management as much as I did. They care about getting their money, and that's it. Very over priced as well. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have lived with Alston Properties for about 5 years in 2 of their buildings in Calgary and am very satisfied with them. I haven't had any serious issues with the apartments and when there are any minor issues they deal with it quickly. Both managers I have dealt with have been great and seem to care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siqi is the most inconsiderate and dishonest person I have ever dealt with in my entire life.
Everything was alright until my walk out when she charged me $600 for no reason. After insisting for more than two weeks I have painfully been able to get a statement and found out that the charges were random. Have been charged $200 for repainting two walls where I had the unit for only 7 months and didn’t damaged anything what so ever.
Happy it goes smooth for some people, but the building management is awful. Not to mention that every two weeks the laundry machines have an issue and no word from the management.
Worst experience ever, stay away from them.
