★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is haunted especially the stairwell my friend used to live in the apartment her child's toys would go off at night . And we would hear a woman laughing and screaming in the stairwell. Its haunted by something demonic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new renovated kitchens and bathrooms really make this place shine. Location is unbeatable. The management of the building is one of the best thanks to Desmond. Honestly, Desmond is the jewel of Timbercreek, they should never let him go. His responsiveness and attention to detail is unmatched and we are super grateful to have him as our building manager. Moving on, the building is OLD, so even though they made it look pretty, there can still be issues related to the age of the building such as plumbing, for example. Overall, great place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When Hazelview bought this apartment complex we got a new Building Manager Kayla Tate, a ray of sunshine, a sunbeam if you want. Kayla immediately took control and started to make improvements right away. New washers/dryers, jazzing up the foyer, new outdoor grass. I required a new patio door and Kayla made it happen, there are other improvements coming in 2022. Thanks Kayla for your excellent management efforts, it really makes a difference ?
