β β β β β I wish I could say that Iβve seen managers who are less helpful and more condescending, but I havenβt. Give your head a shake, you two are property managers, not the owners, lose the attitude, you have a customer and public facing position.

β β β β β This is a decent new building in a nice area, however none of that matters if the staff are rude and unhelpful.The suites are extremely small given the price you will be paying. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY PARKING SPOTS AVAILABLE FOR NEW TENANTS AND EXPECT YOU TO MAKE ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR VEHICLE. The leasing agents do not keep communication streamlined as I spoke to three different people about potentially renting with them and none of them were helpful or accommodating. From the moment I walked in, I felt uncomfortable as if I was being unfairly scrutinized...perhaps because I was with my parents who are obviously immigrants? Who knows, I am at a loss for words. My entire experience with red stone left a bad taste in my mouth. My inquiries would be ignored for days. The building is not worth it, no matter how glamorous they may attempt to make it appear...not everything that glitters is gold.

β β β β β I've moved around a lot since I've lived in Calgary and have experienced a broad spectrum of landlords and management companies, and Redstone is hands down the best yet. I got to know one of the building managers, Dean, over the course of my first year and he was so amazing that when he went to work at a new building, I moved too! Both Redstone buildings I have lived in have been safe, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised, and Dean and the other manager here, Emeleigh, have consistently gone above and beyond when things need getting done. They are very communicative via both text and email about building updates, and always get back to me when I need something. Once when I was out of town for several weeks unexpectedly and had no one to water my plants, Dean even did that for me! Happy to be part of the friendly, accepting, and diverse Redstone community : )

β β β β β I have lived at Redstone for 8 months and will be renewing my lease soon. Previously, I lived at the sister building 1215 for 3 years. Management has been great, but I donβt have to deal with them frequently because everything has run smooth. I have read some of the negative reviews and wanted to leave a positive one because the team has always been very kind, helpful and responsive from my experience. I recommend checking this place out!!

β β β β β I love living at Redstone! Dean (the building manager) has always been so quick to respond to any questions I have had, and keeps everyone informed with any important news/updates. The building is kept so clean, and the units are fresh, bright, and modern. I would 100% recommend this building (and any others managed by this company) to anyone looking for a great place to rent.
