★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently they're not very organized - keep changing already set appointment time. They dont provide any record of the appointment, no email or text message, all done verbally over the phone.
So when you call them again to reconfirm the time, whoever answers the phone might start insisting that you're booked for a time slot you actually never booked for. Because, like I mentioned, there's no record of the appointment you could refer to.
It appears they need to organize their internal processes. Especially records keeping and just being more consistent and accountable.
