★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a scam. This isn’t the Russian consulate, or a representative of the Russian government. It is a visa service which will check and file your application for an insanely high fee ($350 vs $120 stated on the Russian consulate website)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful service. Originally submitted a China visa application for review and during the review process the application details were changed which resulted in incorrect information that was rejected at the consulates office. Highly disappointed. I want my money back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Visacenter was very unsatisfactory and disappointing. I used their translation services to translate my driving license. My stay in Calgary was for 3 weeks but I was not able to get my license translation during my stay.
Because the guy sent the document through regular mail without consulting with me that didn’t have any tracking number. Unfortunately he didn’t took any responsibility of not delivering the document. Instead of sending another copy of the document he was asking for more money to mail a copy of the document.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at this Visa centre. I was supposed to have an appointment and prior they emailed me asking for the details. Turns out I was going to apply for totally the wrong visa! Marian helped straighten my documents out and I was able to apply online and have my visa sent from the consulate in Vancouver without actually having to have an in person appointment. Marian continually checked in on me throughout the process as well as the consulate in Vancouver and was really helpful. It is no doubt expensive but that is just the price of Visa's, doesn't matter where you go. Thanks Marian!
