β β β β β Lived here for a year. Management is very accommodating and easy to reach, the cleaning staff is very kind and the other residents seem to have a little community going so it's actually kind of nice. There are 4 washers and 4 dryers for the building, but due to the quality and speed of the cycles it's honestly never been a big deal for me. Cat friendly and there are indeed tons of cats :). I live in a renovated suite, i believe more renovations are occurring (dishwashers, etc.), but even if it stayed the same as its been the past year, I'd say its one of the better buildings esp to live alone affordably, in the beltline.

β β β β β Lived here for two years with my cat. Cheap place for beltline, but you get what you pay for. Sound insulation is horrible, in comparison to other places. I lived on the alley side, where you hear people with shopping carts, digging through the dumpsters every night. Laundry is expensive and smelly machines. Cleaning crew is nice and management are understanding. Heat is 23Β° in winter 30Β° in summer, adjusting doesn't do anything.
