★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet apartment because of all the concrete. Excellent location. Only issue is you can't take the stairs up to your unit which is frustrating if you live on a lower floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Units are so small except for the #4 layout which does look nice except it's weird that the dining room den is right beside the bathroom... terrible place to put a dining room table, gym is very small. The units look really bad unless you get layout #4 even the penthouse suites look weird. Terrible management the lady was supposed to get back to me to buy the #4 layout suite for a very unrealistic price... ended up buying a place with a way better view down the road. The living rooms are embarrassingly small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived there for almost a year and couldn't stand it. The old concierge (Razi?) never wore his mask and you often had to wait for him to be off his phone. Long wait for the elevator, there’s only 2 and ones often out of service. You need to pay $200 to book the service elevator and you MUST book it for moving large furnitures. You can hear the train and A LOT of sirens from the fire station nearby. There's always swarm of maggots and flies ON the compost bins. The recycling depot is behind the building so there are always homeless people in the area and smashed bottles in the ally. Bad experience overall. Only the temporary concierge was nice and resolved issues quickly.
The locker space to my apartment filled with junk and the concierge couldn't help. Additionally, the AIR QUALITY is extremely dusty and nobody wanted to handle cleaning the ducts. Due to the exposed concrete style, theres layers of dust that sticks to the ceiling and walls. Anything I addressed the concierge they told me to ask my landlord and landlord told me to ask the concierge like it was a game between them. It was unit 1403 and the landlord is extremely horrible too.
