β β β β β Wanted to leave a well overdue review - not something I often do, but this is well deserved. I moved in 6 months ago from Toronto and my experience has been great. Not easy finding a place from 3500 km away!
Building is in a great location in the Beltine - accessible to 17th, transit, and walking distance to the core, Kensington, Mission... for someone moving to Calgary this is a huge benefit.
In terms of cleanliness the building is impeccable. I see the cleaning team taking care of this place every day like it is their own home.
The building is a nice, no fuss modern condo. There are always a few hiccups with a brand new building but Dean and the management team always responded to them professionally and in a timely manner (lightbulbs, window coverings, etc). Very please with the condo.
I would highly recommend this building. Dean works hard to keep everyone happy and responds to requests or demands for information, the building is always clean, the location is desirable and the building is full of young professionals. Can't ask for more.

β β β β β We stayed here for a year and had no issues whatsoever, we moved because we needed some extra rooms.
The place is clean and well ventilated on the common areas. Apartment was well equipped with almost new appliances. kitchen and bath furniture. Dean (the building manager) is always available and responsive to any questions you might have - had great service overall. Building is not huge so you won;t have to wait for the elevators because there is not that much traffic. One minor thing to note (depending on the floor and side of the apartment in the building) -the noise insulation from outside might not be the best - and you may hear the garbage truck in the morning doing its thing. Would highly recommend this place.

β β β β β We have spent almost two years with this building. I bet everyone could feel the change in management. We chose this building for the quality of management (Dean was communicative and helpful), and we are leaving because that quality is no longer there. It might take a bit of time and more complaints for the board to realize the new hire requires further training on attitude. Feels like you are begging to speak with him, this is a nice building and it deserves a better image.
The building is quite new, didn't have to get anything fixed in the first year. Until that time when we submitted a maintenance request for an urgent drain leak, took over a month to get someone in. Guy spent 2 seconds tightening it by hand said its all good. Apparently it is not. Took another 3 weeks to get another attempt.

β β β β β I have lived here for almost a year now. The property management team is incredibly professional and very responsive to any needs you have. I was very impressed that I was told the underground parking was full and they were able to secure me a spot in only four weeks time! The unit themselves are very well taken care of, with excellent views of the downtown skyline and neighbouring Peter Lougheed house! This building is also right beside all the best bars/ restaurants, Ctrain stations and right on the cycle path.

Eric and Dean were always responsive and helpful with anything I needed. Itβs rare to find such attentive building managers.
The units are fresh and modern with very reasonable rates given the style and location with in suite laundry. Would recommend!

β β β β β I lived in the apartments for 2 years and absolutely loved it!! Only left because I moved out of town.
The location is very convenient and the amenities are fantastic. All the appliances are new in the apartments and I rarely had any need for maintenance in 2 years.
Dean, the landlord, is the best landlord I have ever had. Very responsive and helpful. The building is always clean and the cleaning lady is very diligent to keep the hallways and lobby impeccable.
I highly recommend this place. Move here, you will be happy!!

β β β β β Lived there for 3 years before moving to their newer building. Management is great, friendly and cooperative. Great location for downtown, walking distance to everything including an LRT station. There's a bike lane across the street that was extremely convenient for my lifestyle. Maintenance was ok, minor repairs typically took 1 week from my experience.

β β β β β Fantastic location nearby to several grocery stores, clean underground parking/common areas/elevators, quiet unit to work from home and management was always friendly and helpful for me while Iβve been here for 1.5+yrs. Only moving because Iβm leaving the province - highly recommend!
