β β β β β I've lived in Hull Estates since 2012 - lol, just upgraded to our 3rd suite in the building, and we love it. We've looked at multiple other building over the years, and nothing else really compares. You get huge balconies, with large bedrooms & bathrooms, plus all the other building amenities, like the pool, gym, outdoor tennis courts, squash court, rooftop terrace, and putting green. Building management seems to change frequently, but the current building managers are just wonderful - Sinead specifically has helped my husband and I out in ways I can't even describe. She's a gem :) I would highly recommend Hull Estates to anyone who is considering it. Every apartment building will come with its downsides, however, the pros outweigh the cons by a long shot.

β β β β β We have lived in this bulding many years and I have to say it is becoming the worst building to live in now, just keeps going downhill more and more, and things NEED to change! I would love to give this place 5 stars someday and recommend to others, but can't till major improvements happen.
Elevators are going down too often and tenants should have some form of communication to let us know, and when they will be locked down for any other reason as this can be a huge inconvenience - communication here is lax period, there are even things still posted up from summer 2021. The parking out front is attrocious and cars park there for hours, or overnight.
Hot water never lasts or even gets hot enough at times, laundry machines are always broken, during winter the patio doors/bedroom windows let in so much cold air you have barely any heat.
It just seems nobody cares about the building or the tenants anymore. This is a place that people should be able to call home and be proud to live here. Hope to see some changes.

β β β β β Best building for the money in Calgary. Square footage is mint. The amenities are dope. The balconies are huge. The office team is great. They put together events all the time and care about tenants

β β β β β I cant say enough about how friendly and efficient Riley, the leasing agent, has been to organize my move into Hull Estates with. Riley always responds to emails promptly and is very accomplished in regards to anticipating any needs, that may arise for the potential lessee, before they do arise. I have now completed my move into Hull Estates and cant express how smooth the moving transition has been. Thank you Riley! ??? Without question βββββ

β β β β β This is 3rd apartment suite (upgraded) in this building, and I have loved it! The amount of space and deck you get for the price beats any other building in downtown. The security has become MILES better than it was even a year ago and as a solo female living in beltline Calgary, that is a huge plus for me. The actual building has been much cleaner lately and I have seen the cleaning staff in the main areas almost every day which is awesome. Sinead and the office staff are also a great help with any issue I have ever had, which has been rare. I recommend this apartment building to anyone!

β β β β β I have lived in this building three times and have lived here for seven years total now. Overall, we have loved it and have great memories. We have made friends in the building along the way and there are some very friendly people here, old & young. This is an older building, so regular maintenance is expected. Pros - huge sunny suites, great value, great amenities (gym, rooftop, party room, outdoor pool), friendly & responsive staff (they have worked here for years), awesome location (grocery store blocks away and lots of take out & restaurants close by). Cons - can be loud living downtown, laundry room is used a lot so machines need regular upkeep and the hot water temperature often fluctuates in the evenings. Overall a really good place for apartment living! Oh and I have to compliment Sinead, she has worked in the office managing things for years and she is truly a gem, she is the epitome of customer service and always looks out for the tenants!

β β β β β I've been living here for a month, I had excellent service during the visits to the units that I liked, Riley was the one who attended to me, she was extremely attentive, answered all my doubts and ensured that I understood everything, conducted the entire rental process and It made everything very easy to deal with!!!
The building is tidy, the security guards are kind, I usually find everything clean and in place, and so far I have absolutely nothing to complain about.
I noticed a small leak in the kitchen sink, and the plumber quickly came over and fixed the problem.
Every time there was any maintenance on the building they communicated in advance and all the people at BentalGreenOak I spoke to were very cordial and kind.
I am loving living here, and if I knew I would like it so much, I would have asked for a contract of 18 months instead of 12, but without a doubt I intend to renew and live here for a long time.

β β β β β We love it here! Donβt ever want to leave. There are multiple amenities we can book/use always clean and ready to use. The administration is always willing to help, they also organize events and parties where we eat and get to know our neighbors. Great fixing service, they are on top of everything you may need and provide it quickly. Thank you!
