★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building and staff are very nice and helpful - Unfortunately the pool is closed! There’s also construction that happens 14 hours a day which makes working from home impossible, which is very hard as a young professional. I highly recommend avoiding this building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building has a wonderful location and amenities, however I have been extremely disappointed by management and how they have responded to ongoing financial concerns/mishaps. Many things promised during my initial orientation has not been reflected and I have reached out to management twice a month, every month, since November with no response. Every thing sounded very promising during my orientation and its just been very disheartening as it is a beautiful building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved here a year ago and originally loved that everything is new and the staff were friendly and helpful. (Especially Tareq). Overtime I started to feel it does not worth the penny. It’s expensive for the amenities you can’t really use. The pool area was always packed in the summer with party people that make loud noises. There is always dust coming from the vent. They don’t come change the filter unless you request. Vacuuming everyday get your unit clean for like a few hours. Oh, and you think you are going to have a nice view when you pay more to live on the higher level? Well no, because they never clean the window from outside of the building even though we were told they would do it twice a year before we moved in. But none during our entire year here.
Now that we are finally moving out, they try to charge us the cleaning fee because the assistant manger found a piece of hair on the stove. She kept emphasizing that this place need to be “sparkling clean” even though we did spend hours cleaning the place.
Looking through the reviews, we know we are not the only people that’s upset. That explain why this building is so empty. If you don’t live here, you are missing out nothing. Absolutely nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has a lot to offer: the amenities are fantastic and common areas always look cozy and clean. Suites are also in a great condition, with modern appliances and high ceilings.
The construction has clearly been the main issue, though, going way past 5 PM - counter to what the management initially claimed. Also, it is really frustrating that they close all the common areas at 10 PM. Would have gladly left 5 stars if those issues could be fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so impressed with not only this building, but the feel the vibe and the community that they are creating!! Not to miss a mention to the Management team. Ramandeep has been amazing to deal with and seems to know all the tenants by name and engages with them in the hallways. The amenities are great, the location is stellar and it's just an exciting place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived in buildings in Toronto and Vancouver and I have to say this building raised the bar for me. One thing that really stood out, apart from the modern build and attention to detail was the super friendly staff! I"ve never lived in a building where the staff were so accommodating. My agent Rebecca helped answer all my questions before moving in in a professional and timely manner. Upon moving in, Ramandeep was great with helping me get everything set-up. The front desk was also amazing as they helped me with the move-in process - big shout out to Brandon ! Highly recommend you check this building out. The vibe and community feeling is unmatched. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like living here. The staff are great and always helpful, amenities are well maintained, building is very clean for the most part, appreciate the perks and location is amazing. I just wish there was parking for guests available and I feel like I'm overpaying for the size of my unit. But otherwise, 4/5 stars
