Who We Are

Welcome to Diamond Parking and Associate Companies, which includes Diamond Parking Services LLC, Boat World Marina LLC, United Parking, Parking Services and West & Wheeler LLC.

Diamond Parking is the oldest parking company worldwide. Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, Josef Diamond established Diamond in 1922. Today, Diamond Parking is a multi-national corporation managing and operating parking facilities in both the Western United States and Western Canada covering more than 1,900 diverse locations. From our first employee in 1922 to the attendant who cheerfully greets our parking customer every morning, our people know the value of outstanding customer service. We understand that our interactions will reflect directly upon the experience and impression left with our tenants, guests and parking visitors.

Through the last 100 years of continuous operation, we have always measured the quality of our service by listening to our customers, landlords and property managers. As a result, our management philosophy has remained unchanged – put good people in the right positions and they will get the job done right.

Looking ahead, we celebrate our past and welcome a new future of innovation and excellence. We understand that the shift to geo-targeting, mobile marketing and online reputation management becomes a strategic imperative to increase revenues, build market share and maintain brand loyalty.

This company is very rude and disrespectful. I came to Calgary to visit my fiancΓ© and her family I walked the wrong way into McDonald's and after being in there for half an hour came out to find a ticket. I sent a picture to the company with the time of day and the time of the ticket. The guy sitting in his car looked and my wife and I and was being quite disrespectful and rude. We are apart of the LGBTQ community and he was very responsive to that in a rude way. Nothing was done about our ticket you can clearly tell I had a rental vehicle but nothing. When dealing with them they were very unresponsive or understanding. Be aware!!!!

The following is an excerpt from an email I sent today to Diamond parking regarding my experience with this lot: "This was my first time parking with this particular lot, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I intend to avoid all Diamond lots if they are as poorly maintained as this one is. The pavement is severely compromised, the lines are barely visible, and the lot does not even have a working machine with which to pay. This caused me to have to take time to wander around the lot looking for a machine, when I discovered a signpost lying on the ground obstructing parking stalls which directed me to download an app to pay for parking. I downloaded and completed payment for my stall, parking at 1:05pm and my payment completing at 1:18pm. In the subsequent interval, I was ticketed for failure to pay at 1:09pm. I was not with my vehicle when this happened, because I would have been late for the appointment I was heading to. If there had been a machine to pay at, as every other lot I have parked at recently has had, payment would have been received immediately. I submitted a request for reconsideration detailing why the payment was delayed (by a measly 13 minutes, the time it took to download the app, create an account and pay for the stall). My request was denied, and I was charged the full ticket amount. I was given credit for what I had already paid, thankfully. I hope the $50 your company received from me was worth it, because the appointment I was heading to was a job interview, and I will now be working full time, 5 days per week, directly across from your lot. However, I will not engaging Diamond for parking services, and I will advise the 5-6 clients I see per day to avoid your unscrupulous lot. Maybe you can take the $50 and put it towards reparing your terribly inadequate signage. Again, I hope the $50 you received from me today was worth losing potentially thousands of dollars from me and my clients as customers in the future. I had expected some understanding and basic customer service and regards from your ticketing department, but I was severely disappointed. I usually never write bad reviews or send emails with negative feedback, but I felt compelled to do so in this case." Moral of the story: don't park here.

Just tried to park at the Diamond Earls Parking lot just off 4th st sw Calgary. I would be surprised if this is not the most expensive parking lot in all of down town Calgary. 10 bucks to eat dinner for an hour. Absolutely 0 market intelligence. Will go out of my way to never use Diamond ever again.

If I could give this ZERO stars, I would. My 17-year old school-going daughter parked in one of their parking areas adjacent to a coffee shop, which had an actual LINKED WALKWAY between the coffee shop and the Diamond Parking area, and got fined a whopping $80 for "walking off" the parking area. This parking area is FREE PARKING, so it's not like anyone lost out on any fees..... They have people actually STALKING you and watching where you go, and then take a bunch of photos of your car the moment you walk away from your car - my daughter felt this was very creepy!!! And when I emailed Diamond parking about it, they had an extremely RUDE person (Shelly) dealing with it. We will never ever visit ANY store that has Diamond Parking operate the parking area in their strip malls - and will tell everyone willing to listen, to stay the heck away from a Diamond Parking area!!! Shame on you Diamond Parking.
