I paid ahead of time to show up to my lot and see that it was full which was my fault but when I contacted the office for a refund, they said they couldn't do it because it was my mistake for paying ahead of time and my own risk. Okay fine but why can't you guys give people credit to park another day at the same lot. This is a money hungry company that doesn't give one iota about the people that fund them and put money into their pockets and pay checks. It's a sad world when someone makes an innocent mistake and reaches out and a big company like this is so greedy that they can't even give a parking credit to someone who has been loyally parking (and paying) in the same lot for weeks. I'm quite dissaponted and will not be recommending people to park in this lot anymore.

We charge based on our right - response when asked about refund for overcharge. Apps are meant for convenience, not to have different prices to fool and cheat customers out of their money!
