What will my purchase support?
Every purchase through LibraryStore.ca supports the essential work of the Calgary Public Library and enhances programs, services and collections. 100% of the proceeds are reinvested into the Library, creating a stronger Calgary.
How can I return my purchase?
We want you to love any item purchased through LibraryStore.ca. If you don’t and would like to receive a refund or you are seeking a different size or colour, we are happy to accommodate, where possible. All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition to be eligible for refund or exchange. Please contact [email protected] for details.
How will my purchase be shipped to me?
Calgary Public Library has 21 locations across the city, which we send to in order to save you from shipping costs and to ensure that we can offer our products at a great price. Simply select your community library from the drop-down menu at check out.
If you are purchasing a product from outside of Calgary, or would prefer to have it shipped to your home, shipping rates apply and will be built in at checkout. For more information or any concern over shipping costs please contact [email protected].
How long will it take for my purchase to arrive in-library for pick-up?
Please allow 6-8 business days for your purchase to arrive in your community library of choice. When the item arrives, staff will contact you on the phone number provided to let you know that the item is ready for pick-up. We thank you in advance for your patience around any delays during the COVID-19 pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing employees and so much books. When you're inside that library you feel like you're in a different world it's all fancy inside which I like and the design is gold. Shout out to all the people who helped create this library. I was carrying a baby and I was with my 7 yrs old and there was this lady she was an employee she helped me scan my books that was very helpful I'm so grateful!!
I definitely recommend this library it's fun and extremely spacious!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly it gorgeous architecture but there are like no outlets, only at one spot have I found outlets available. The chairs are not very comfortable. And I’ll have to be clear that more then 1 of the security guards felt the need to comment on me (21 year old women) interrupting my studies. I found it quite rude, and would not classify this library as a good place to study.
