★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree with B Steil’s review! Terrible service for the tenants. Old buildings that are hot and not taken care of and a seedy landlord who doesn’t seem to care but sure doesn’t mind charging a fortune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could I rate them a minus -* ?! Terrible property management. I like to shop at a few business locations on 17th that Strategic property manages - BUT they clearly having heating issues. So hot in the businesses , it's exhausting. The garbage bins in back alley area are disgusting. I'm pretty sure the rent is very high ! Shame on you Strategic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented with Aura in Airdrie and as a renter fleeing domestic violence, was mislead by the management team of aura in regards to getting back my portion of a damage deposit. In following up with them a month after I had been promised my statement of account and not having received it, was treated appallingly by the on site property manager. Dreadful treatment of vacating tenants and disgusting handling of a tenancy broken with the domestic violence tenancy act. Oh and I'm a 21 year old girl who was dealing with a grown man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this company. We have been with them for over three years (in the Centro apartment) and the list of problems is enormous. First thing is that our underground parking garage door has be cut and duct taped for pretty much those three years, because of this my vehicle being broken into three times with one of those times resulting in a smashed window with the building refused to acknowledge even though with was after we had the other break-ins, and this last was in August of 2018, and I have contacted them many times to fix it and I kept getting "we are waiting for a door".. well it's now November 2019 and guess what? Still duct taped. The elevator in the building seems to never work, the call box has been out for months, and now with our move out they are trying to charge us for a repaint of the entire unit because of damage, but there are only some dings and missing paint due to me using what I was told to use on the walls for paintings, both are considered normal wear and tear which is illegal to charge for I'm Alberta. I'm posting this to warn people to stay away, as the company is disorganized, and constantly cycles though employees. I will be posting this review on google, as well as, filing a dispute with landlord and tenant (Alberta landlord body) and reporting to the BBB.
