★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heaven has really surprised me the last few visits. Which makes me very happy as a celiac! A few years ago, when they first opened, I found their food to be a little bland and dry. But now, consistently I have been impressed by the quality of the food here and I am really happy they have seemed to have found their footing in the kitchen since my very first visit. Absolutely delicious. Will eat here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great quality arepas, a bit overpriced in my opinion (15$ for one arepa?!), but quick and friendly service. They’re decent sized, enough for a meal for one person. The tres leches cake was also pretty good. It’s tough to find a good Venezuelan restaurant in Calgary, so I’d recommend this one for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is called Heaven because it creates an experience of euphoria. This food is so good it will make you forgot anything else and escape reality. It is amazing. I cannot emphasize how good it is… For real! I have never felt this way about food or reviewed any establishment in this way before nor do I ever expect to again I count my lucky stars that I found heaven.

Adorable little place. I can’t say enough good things about this place. So many of my gluten free friends love it too!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ventured down to 17th for brunch on Saturday morning. Got a spot here. Very warm and friendly environment! Got the heavenly waffles and the Arepas, they were incredible! Very filling too!

Owners are originally from Venezuela, so you can practice your Spanish lol
Delicious food, first place I've seen plantains on the menu!
For people who's looking for gluten free options this would be the one.
Our Saturday brunch was amazing, tasoc and empanadas + cure bowl.
Definitely gonna visit again!
