★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend not going here... I urgently needed photos done to get a new passport, so I came here as it’s close to the passport office. They took photos with the glare… I did not realize, the passport office told me to get them redone so I went back. They gave me two different sets of photos, the passport office rejected them both. Massive inconvenience. Nice staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for passport size photo for Permanent residency. He took 2 photo and asked me to wait he didnt even showed me the photo. And he came after 5mins with this photo. I asked him this photo is for PR he said ya thats okay. Super frustrated paid 20$ for this crooked photo had to redone from other studio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped to get passport photos for the family. Staff was very professional and accommodating, and even took our pictures twice to ensure there would be no issue when submitting to the passport office. Both pictures were acceptable, but thanks for the extra effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Good people, however I needed passport photos and they had a hard time taking the photo properly to meet the standards such as no glare or shadows. They took several attempts. At the end of it all, they gave me two sets of photos and both of them got rejected by Canada services. I would recommend going elsewhere like London drugs - they have a guarantee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! I had prints done there and went through the entire process to have them sent to the relevant agency and they did not send them. Called to follow up and no one could explain what happened or how something like this fell through the cracks. The refunded the amount charged for the service but their mistakes caused me great inconvenience and money.
