Our tonneau cover for our new Ford Maverick was delayed and he even took the time to follow up for us. Just got a call from him telling us it was in. He even wanted to set up the install appointment for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my vehicle serviced here recently for an oil change and tire rotation. The agents were friendly and professional and I especially liked the pick/up drop off service. I have never been able to get my vehicle serviced without taking time off work before. The Ford agents came to my work, picked up my car and dropped it back in my parking spot in a few hours whlie I worked. What an excellent service. The rates were reasonable too. Will use this place again for future service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service advisor was very polite and kept me posted during the repairs. I dropped off the vehicle to get DPF and tail light looked at. They had all done promptly. They used to provide shuttle service which was an added bonus. But they no longer do.

Vehicle is pretty not bad
Really enjoyed how full disclosure these two are. I went to another ford dealership closer to my house and my trade value kept changing depending on which vehicle my wife test drove...
They knew I enjoy tequila so on pick up date Jamar bought me a bottle of my favorite Tequila. My realtor didn't even do that for me.

We ordered a Bronco way back in 2020, Nick Li provided us with the best service possible. He kept us informed and updated throughout the waiting period. He advocated for us as if we were his own family. We knew we were in great hands. When we finally received our vehicle this year, Nick was ecstatic as if it arrived for himself!
The experience only got better. The team was remarkable, warm and attentive. The manager Sunny treated us as if we were long lost friends. The whole experience was very trusting and transparent. I've purchased many vehicles....this purchase was by far the most positive experience.

Cat in the business office is the BEST she made the whole process so easy.
Both Cat and Jen are very easy to work with and have great attitudes, they made the whole experience fun.
