★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful place to live. Very poor management service. They enter your place every day for a shady reason one day fire alarm one day pipes one day other reason. AC often is broken and no window to open to breath. Elevators are very slow. I had a very poor experience living in 5 west and I don’t recommend this place for living.
