★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of the scam, we lost our security deposit before the move in date.
Highly recommend not to deal with this property management.
Very bad communication (not responsive, rude, not aware of the property details)
Conditions of the property are not good either.
After they received the security deposit, they changed the terms of the lease agreement with which we did not agree and when we asked them for a return of the security deposit they changed their behavior and became unresponsive, they do not respond to our emails and phone calls.

When he was showing the house to potential new renters he always gave lots of notice and cooperated if any rescheduling was required. Very good to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very lucky to have a friend recommend to us WExcel Realty Management. Our experience with their service is well-above anything we have encountered, property management-wise. Jack and Alex have made our life renting out our property in Airdrie a breeze! They truly are managing it for us well beyond our expectations and we could not ask for a better representation to our tenants than with Jack and Alex. Not only do they care for us, but for our tenants as well. Our rental property is starting to show its age so some small issues have started appearing but WExcel have been on top of it and kept us up to date on every going-ons with repairs and maintenance. I would also commend them for their quick response not only to questions and inquiries but also in resolving any maintenance and repair issues. Thank you, Jack and Alex! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex was our property manager when we are still renting and he is very good and reasonable. He was also our Realtor when we bought our first home a couple of months ago. He made everything easy, from setting up viewing the properties and putting in the offer and counter offer, etc. He was very professional all through out the process. Alex went above and beyond as our realtor, he was doing even the job of the seller realtor (the seller realtor of our house was unprofessional and lazy). Alex help us find our dream home. If i would sell or buy a house, i will still pick Alex and i would recommend him in a heart beat. You wont be disappointed with him. Thanks Alex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented from Jack and Alex for 2 years with Jack being my point of contact. They were very easy to work with and quick to replace/fix anything wrong with the property(had furnace and water heater replaced within 1 day of them going down). Would definitely recommend. Thanks Jack!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic company, unworthy of trust. If you are a tenant be aware that they are going to trap you by offering the unit for a slightly cheaper rate than the market rate but you will realize only at the end of lease as they won’t refund your deposit as they will charge huge amounts for normal, very basic wear & tear. If it was possible I would have given zero star.

I met Jack before I departed from Calgary. I am very much satisfied with the managemnt service they provided for my left condo in Calgary. I highly recommend their service. They are very friendly, and they care about my property more than I did. I am very much appreciative of the service I received from this property management company.
