J	JennieMay Roberge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am enjoy living here. It is an extremely clean building with excellent waste management options including composting. Sunny one of the Managers is amazing. She has been a delight to deal with since first contact. Richard and the rest of the safe are great too. The laundry facilities are more than sufficient with the add comfort of a furnished waiting room. The elevator operate is a cool dude. And the attached convient store is full of everything including super friendly staff. Cheap rent. Highly recommend ?

Situated in Downtown, these apartments are close to all the C-train station, Bus stops required for daily commute... also staff is really friendly and all the basic amenities available..will surely recommend to any newcomer to Calgary
D	Devin Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in this building from July 2018 to March 2022. I really liked this building, the staff were friendly. It’s in a great spot, close to bus stops & trains. The laundry room was good. I would recommend this building to anyone.
K	Kaetyn St.Hilaire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vehicles broken into three times in the last 2 years. The last time my vehicle was broken into, the “cameras” weren’t working. Elevators don’t work. Ants in my suite. Roaches in the hall way. No security guard (we had one for a few months). Half the laundry machines don’t work… the staff seem nice tho…
B	Ben G-W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management seem like really genuinely nice people. I've really enjoyed every interaction I've had with Evelyn, Wilson, and the other staff. Unfortunately, my car has been broken into and damaged while in a parking garage that requires a key fob, the the fire alarm goes off like clockwork, the temperature is incredibly hot (I've had to open my windows a touch in -20 to keep cool), the building is infested with ants, the washers are constantly out of service, and the dryers don't dry a load of laundry completely. Additionally, I walked out back to find someone overdosing a while ago. I wouldn't lease anything in this building. There's a reason why they always have suites available.

Great staff that are very nice, always helpful, and kept the building so clean. It's in a great location for students, as it's a 5 minute walk to the U of C downtown campus and a 5 minute walk to the train to get to the main campus. I will miss living here and would recommend it to anyone.
