★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed... we have a viewing yesterday at 6pm and nobody showed up. My friend talked to steve to have a viewing and he said it was okay after office hours. But we just wait for nothing under a very hot weather.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be warned. This place is the mecca for thieves. Constant vehicle break-ins in their locked parkades. The management got rid of the onsite security years ago and they don't care what happens to you as long as they get their rent money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management of this building is totally unprofessional. The building manager walks into any apartment without further notice. Floods occur on monthly basis. Elevators are very old and most of the time out of order.
Constant vehicle breakins even the parkades are locked (weird) and no security cameras working. Three managers in less than a year. Drug dealers are seen in the building in regular basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I had known that this was a noisy neighborhood I would never have moved in here. There is a fire station right around the corner. Sirens 24/7. EMS and the police don't help any. Motorcycles and drag racing is commonplace

It’s A Criming Shame on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of great changes lately, besides the routine outside noises while living downtown, this is a pretty peaceful building. New Mangers care about tenants and try to assist when they can. Place is kept clean. New elevators and washing machines. Includes utilities except cable and internet. Lots of renovations going on continuously. New parkade gating on main level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you really cant go wrong for 850 a month on a 6 month lease... actual apartment is nice inside, the elevators just arent cleaned regularly... as a young single person its not bad at all.
Edit: have to edit this review as this place had bed bugs and couldn’t wait to end lease by the end of it
