β β β β β Absolutely loved this place. It's design reminds me of the central perk from the well beloved show friends! Staff is super friendly, their apprentice is very well trained. A one stop shop for all your needs. If you have the time I recommend you check them out. Thanks for all your hard work. My hair, and eye brows look amazing! Will for sure be returning!!

β β β β β Was almost impossible to get ahold of the salon after I bought a groupon, ended up having to just go in to get ahold of someone. She did my nails very quickly with shellac and 2 days later it all started chipping off. I was told it would last for weeks.

β β β β β Very unclean place. Lady was rude and did not have the proper equipment or knowledge in order to perform manicures and pedicures. There was no pedicure chair with water, instead, the lady used a silver bowl to wash feet and made me sit on an old, dust-filled coach. The nail polish selection was limited. I wish I could give it 0 stars!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND COME HERE

β β β β β I decided to give Amici a try after looking for a new place to have my services done. Lorna and Graziella are very friendly, welcoming and professional. Both of these ladies are very knowledgeable of their industry and gave me the best service. I would highly recommend Lorna for any esthetic services (she is an AMAZING waxing technician) and Graziella for hair as she is awesome and so friendly! All I can say is great job ladies I will be a lifetime client for sure, and send anyone your way for sure!!!!!

I tried to book an appointment with Amici and no one picked the call. So I left a message. One person called me after that. She was about to book the appointment but the moment she came to know that there was a Groupon coupon she mentioned to me that she is busy. Not sure why she called me if she was busy. I complained to Groupon too on the attitude and Groupon refunded. Not professional at all. Not recommend this place at all. Go if there is no other place on earth.

β β β β β Terrible customer service. Changes the price to a higher price when you are booking. Does not call back. Changes appointments last minute and then "forgets" to respond to messages to rebook the appointment. Based on experiences, stay away. Not an honourable business based on an opinion.

β β β β β I purchased a Groupon voucher for Brazilian Waxing and it is impossible to make an appoitment. I made 8 calls and I left 4 voicemails and so far I have no response. I don't understand what is the problem to call customer back??? Is it because I have voucher or they do not know how voicemails work?
