★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad customer service. I tried to lease a unit from them. The property manager is lack of customer service. During our conversation, I have no idea what to do next. I push her to do everything. She told me the lease unit price before contacting the owner. After she contact the owner, the lease price doubled. The whole "before leasing" process is blurry. I have no idea whtat to do next. As a customer, you have no idea what to do next. I suggest the management team in this company start to pay attention to your employees. Don't let some one bring bad experience to client which will ruin your business gradually.
