★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't pay their contactors on time. After buying materials and putting in labor, we are out a lot of money and can never get a straight answer from them about when they will pay. Think twice before working with them. Make sure you have a lot of capital to carry you through the project especially if you have to spend a lot for materials. Very bad business practices! A group of feral dogs could manage a company better .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to go to a business at 4261 23 St NE today. What special kind a hell is this? There are maybe 6 bays there, and the business we wanted was at the end of the strip. You have to park in the middle of the drive because there are high end broken down vehicles taking all the parking where I assume customers should park. We had to park in the middle of the roadway, and hope that no one would block us in. If this is any indication how Safeway Holdings looks after tenants, I would run. I feel very bad for the company at the end and hope they are getting a reduction in rent for the mess that this building appears to be in!
Note: The name of the company we were visiting was Animal Memorial Services. They are the company at the end.
