People. I want you to know that you do NOT have to pay a fine by Indigo. I parked in an area that had no signage to say that this was a paid parking zone. Advised the lady on the phone, she said tough beans I'll drop it to $50. I told her that the most I will do is pay for the time I was there. She said no. They do not get paid a dime now. Indigo can send your fine to collections all they want. It will N E V E R be on your credit report because they have to take you to court (and win) first. Majority of tickets they will not go to court for because court costs are $$$, and outweigh the $50 outcome. So take that ticket you got and crumble it up. Do not give this company a dime for a fine that you did not deserve.

I've been trying for five business days now to get in touch with someone about a parking ticket I received, have left four voicemails, and called at least six times. It doesn't matter what time of day I call, they never pick up. They also don't return calls. I paid for five hours of parking and was given a ticket after 25 minutes of being parked. Do they ignore people calling in so they can extract more money after the 10 day marker when the parking ticket jumps from an already crazy $65 to an insane $85? Could be! Update: they finally called me back, and canceled the ticket. So while it was very frustrating getting to that point for me, I will give them credit that they looked at the facts and realize that they gave me the ticket in error.

Terrible company. They ticketed me even though I used the app and paid for parking (appropriate coverage for time, correct lot and correct licence plate). They refuse to answer my calls and refuse to answer the dispute I submitted online with photo evidence that I paid for parking correctly. Do NOT use their services - park at a lot that will not scam you (they will likely try to take me to collections to pay their fraudulent ticket). Try Calgary Parking Authority or Diamond. Otherwise you'll end up being scammed and having this company try to take you to collections over fraudulent tickets (and avoid you when you provide proof that you paid for parking).

Deleted an old license plate from my account a few days ago but apparently it wasn’t removed from their system so when I parked it registered on my app as my other license plate and got a ticket for that. When I brought it to their attention that the license plate was deleted and that the license plate is deregistered and cannot be used the woman kept repeating β€œwe cannot confirm that the license plate was not parked there” and no matter what I would say she would just keep repeating that phrase. Horrible company with horrible customer service and a horrible system. They should update their system and train their employees better. They should β€œrestructure” and hire new people A little customer service goes a long way.

Indigo tickets EVERYONE, even if the place your parking is your own parking spot. I got 4 tickets in a row the first week I moved into my new place. They have no common sense, just a cash grab. The only redeeming quality about this company is their area manager Steve Singh, he has always been fair and reasonable to deal with. Often responding to emails on weekends and evenings to help me register guests. He goes above and beyond and Indigo needs more employees like him!

Trash. Was visiting a friend so parked in the "Visitor Parking" stall outside her building. There was no indication that payment or registration was necessary. Came back to my car a few hours later to find a $70 ticket (at 9pm on a Saturday). These folks are crooks. I'm quite sure their entire business model is contingent on fining people unfairly. They will not get a penny from me...

DO NOT PARK WITH INDIGO!!!!! - I live with Chateau apartments and automatically have to use an indigo parkade. I have been with Indigo since June and when I moved into my apartment, There was construction in the parkade I was supposed to be parking in. Indigo assigned me a different parkade to use until further notice. My monthly payments are always paid! My boyfriend and I were getting ready to go out last night. We got to the parkade and my vehicle was no where to be found. We were confused. We called around and found out that it had been towed due to Parking on private property. Keep in mind, i've been parking in the same spot ever since I moved in and got absolutley no notice that my original lot was complete in terms of construction. I picked up my car last night at 8pm from the Calgary impound and paid a total of $248.85 , plus a ticket for $40 for "parking on private property". I went into the Indigo office this morning to see if they could help me in any way ( reimbursed, etc ). When it was my turn, the lady really just didn't care. She told me that I had been parking in the wrong spot which result in me getting towed. I asked 'Is there anything you can do for me?' and she replied with " Nope " and I was sent home. I was told to park in this parkade until further notice and this is somehow my fault???? Indigo parking is supposed to be all about integrity and customer service, what is up with this? I was not helped whatsoever. She couldn't care less and was more focused on going to sit back down instead of doing her job and actively trying to help customers. What is the point in having customer service if all you're going to do is blatantly disregard customer service inquiries. This is extremely unprofessional and i'm beyond frustarated. People, do NOT use Indigo parking. Because of this, I will no longer be renewing my lease or continuing any further business with the company. They simply don't care and are stealing peoples money.

Parked here on June 16. Paid for parking with credit card, but plate number was from old truck, I used my new truck. Put the stub in my windshield. Came back from my task, saw the ticket. I noticed the packing ticket and the error. I phoned on June 18 about the error. They said they could knock the fine down to $30.00 as a "courtesy". I said this wasn't acceptable as they received the payment, there was not intent to park illegally. They claimed they could do nothing about it. This is completely unacceptable. I will make sure anyone around me does not use your lots, and when my company pays for parking, I will encourage them to use another parking company's lots. This is horrible customer service.
