★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security has you sign in and out if you visit this building. There isn't anywhere to park close so you have to walk quite far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is getting older. The lobby is small and could use a makeover for sure. Entering in the evening or early morning would be a little nerve-wracking because it is not well lit and it has objects that obscure the view of the front doors.
Especially taking into account the proximity to the Courthouse it is a convenient location but some less than savory types may be around there too.
There is a parkade next door but I am not sure if it is open to the public or not.
