★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why can't I give 0 stars?????!!!!I took my road test not long ago, and could not believe the terrible quality of service I received from the examiner. The examiner was rude and would fail you so that you would take the test again. I went to a different registry after that and passed with flying colours. I told my new examiner why I had failed the last time at Richmond Road and she said I shouldn't have failed because of that, and I should file a complaint about the examiner. Bottom line is, they would likely fail you for the money, so you should probably go to a different registry, one that treats you fairly. It's not a coincidence that there are so many bad reviews about this registry, and they're pretty much all about the road tests. Go check most other registries and you won't see the same kind of reviews. This place is only decent at paperwork, if that. SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY AND TAKE YOUR ROAD TEST AT A DIFFERENT REGISTRY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone I spoke to at this registry was very polite and helpful. I was quite nervous for my class 4 road exam, but luckily my examiner was very personable and put me at ease. I ended up passing thankfully, and it was a huge help that my examiner took time to explain the things that I had done wrong and tell me how to correct these practices going forward. Recommend this registry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Advance road test was straight forward and the instructor was nice and fair. Walked me through the fault I made and genuinely cared about my progression as a driver. Would highly recommend supplying your own vehicle or one that you are familiar with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a mature driver (50) and was anxious about going for my Advanced driver's test. I did not pass my first attempt but my tester, Rick, was kind and genuinely interested in supporting my learning so that I would get it right the next time (FYI remember those hard stops at the stop sign and watch your speeds!) Rick patiently went over my questions before the test, and reviewed my mistakes with me after the test. I didn't feel scolded for my mistakes, which was what I expected from a tester. On the contrary, even not passing the first time, I felt that it was a good experience thanks to Rick. When I had the good luck to have Rick as my tester again for my second attempt, I was happy to share my success with him. Also, the two women that helped me at the register were very supportive, nice and helpful! Thanks to each of you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst registry I have ever been to, the door lady called Tracy keeps putting people in front of us in the line every time she sees someone she likes even though they came after us. We ended up being serviced last after almost an hour. She is very discriminatory. They need to have different decent staff for this place to become better.

When my 3 year old touched the line rope, she said he shouldn't play with those ! Her behaviour was passive aggressive.
