★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse salad I have ever ordered, it definitely was not very fresh and was absolutely soaked in dressing. Considering how expensive they are I would expect much better quality. It was my first time in the shop. Will never recommend this place to anyone and will never return.

This location really depends on the staff current working. Some are good, some are bad, it depends on your luck. Food tastes okay.
I'd skip this location all together and go to Chopped Leaf. WAY better quality of ingredients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was really craving Buddhas Satay this evening so ordered to go. Got home and was very dry with barely any peanut sauce so was disappointed but the veggies were fresh and delicious! Maybe add a bit more sauce or perhaps asking the customer might help in this situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered two chicken kale salads on skipthedishes. We only received one and it had food specifically asked not to be put on becuase of dietary restrictions. When we called the store the person who answered was extremely rude and very confusing. One minute she could refund it and call skip the next minute she could not do anything. She was also laughing as us during the call. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I would go to the chopped leaf instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Buddha bowl. Over all it was tasty. It would have been nice if the warm ingredients weren't colder than the cold ingredients. Over all I've seen a big decline in the quality across the entire city. This will be my last visit to any freshii.
