★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a wrap with avocado with it and began to eat it after i got to class. The avocado was COMPLETELY brown and mushy, it was definitely rotten and I began gagging in the middle of a lecture. It was an AWFUL experience

Was excited to try the new ''Mega Matcha'' and left absolutely disappointed due to the lack of care and customer service I had received.
The lady making my smoothie made zero effort to handle the process in a professional manner....by the time she had given me my drink, it was pouring out of every possible hole/straw opening.
She stood there and was staring at me, didn't offer to help or make me a new one. I had to ask her to hand me several napkins, and she continued to stand there and watch me clean the mess. It was unbelievable.
Needless to say, I will NEVER be coming back here.

They have burnt the wrap I order to the point where there is char and the smoothie tastes like it was made with spoiled fruit and almond milk, as well as the smoothie isn’t made with effort. It’s hard to sip from the straw because there’s chunks of fruit and ice that wasn’t blended. When it comes to costumer service, I had to wait 5 minutes to be addressed and she seemed annoyed when I ordered. Do not recommend.
UPDATE: The jugo juice that near the east entrance is waaaaaay better
