★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what is up with this place but they have an obsession with over toasting bread to a point where it feels like you biting down on sand. I keep giving them chances but the bread always comes out to be uneatable. Any other subway joint I don't have a problem with as they know how to properly toast bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is usually pretty good. The lack of flatbread is disappointing but not unforgivable. It’s quick and convenient for most times of day. Gets extremely busy at lunch but that’s to be expected. Overall it’s a good bet for a decent meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Subway location is ran by a bunch of students who could care less about customer service. Often when I grab a quick lunch here, it looks as thought someone has stepped on my sub. Eat Fresh!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a subway at MRU and is open during COVID. Just a few cents, when At busy times, don't expect to have your sandwich put together with care but gets the job done. (I'm sure it depends on who you get too)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered through the subway app, everything was made by the estimated time, and I didn’t have to wait at all to be handed my food. Everything was made like I wanted and was wrapped tightly so nothing was falling out of the sandwich when I held it in my hand. The only issues I had was I wish some of the sandwiches had more sauce than I got, but they all still tasted pretty good.

1. The server was not wearing gloves
2. I got the new crispy chicken 6 inch and it was soggy and tasted like it had been left out for hours. Never coming back to this location
They should be shutdown due to the health hazard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a hit or miss. When I come order in person I can watch what the person is doing and make sure they don’t mess up. But every time I put a mobile order they always messed it up somehow. First I found a hair (which I know happens so I wasn’t too mad), second time they gave me the wrong bottled drink, third time I got two sandwich one toasted & grilled and one not toasted (first one was missing my cheese and was neither toasted or grilled and the second one came toasted even though I didn’t want that) , I like to preorder in advance because of how long the line becomes but it’s such a pain not being able to enjoy your food because they made it wrong.
