So flavor and seasoning is lacking in order to attract the masses. Healthier option the the other over salted greasy fast food choices nearby. Disposable utensils are compostable and the seating are is very clean and kid friendly.

Yet, they put cilantro in there. I thought they were green onion at first so I just had it, but with my first bite I could definitely feel the smell of cilantro. I found A LOT OF cilantro in my dish so I decided to bring it back to the store (since there were just too many of them that I couldn't pick them all up). When I asked them to refund it (I barely had any of the pad thai, only one or two bites, and I did bring that whole pad thai back to the store) they said they could not, saying that they are just green onion and not cilantro. I asked them to check the pad thai that I brought back, however they said they already put it in the garbage. I asked them to check it in the garbage and after that they started to apologize. However, they still said they couldn't do a refund. I kept asking for a refund because I really did not feel like having their food again. At the end, I still could not get a refund, and they were saying that the only thing that they can do is to give me a free pad thai next time(which is not even free since I did pay for it and never got a refund). I decided not to take that offer since I didn't want to visit their store ever again. So I lost my money with nothing and it was the most awful experience I've ever had and I strongly recommend not to order food from this store.

I'd go back to try a few more things but I wouldn't frequent this place often, too expensive and too small. The Cashew chicken had a nice crispy texture, the brown rice is mid quality and the veggies were pretty good.

Also available combo which includes one lotus box + two spring rolls + pop ($16 +tax+tip). I got Spicy Flames both in chicken and beef. The quantity is good with perfect balance of good quality of noodles, nicely cooked vegetables, meat and spices. The packing is amazing which keep food warm without squishing and easy to carry with nice bag. I am very impressed with the quality of food and service and will definitely try other items. When dine-in will open then I will comment about service. Take out service was quick and food was fresh with authentic Thai taste. Enjoy?
J	Jake T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time visiting. It's a cute little place, but the food was horrible. We ordered one noodle dish, one curry dish and tom yum soup. The noodle dish was too too salty that it was borderline not edible... the curry was not bad in comparison but mediocre at best, and tom yum was only sour and lacking other flavours... like drinking vinegar water. Very disappointed and won't visit again.
