★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went through the drive-thru this evening and were rushed through the whole process with no cars behind us. We were rushed through the order and through the payment process which felt a bit aggressive. Once home we discovered that we did not receive much of what we ordered on the burrito except meat and rice. We requested many toppings including guacamole which is an additional charge. There was no cheese, no beans, no sauces and no veggies even though these were requested.
We've been through the drive-thru at this location and have enjoyed it each time. Tonight was much different and has left us incredibly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service with poor staff. While waiting to be served two staff members were standing around waiting. They were out of 3 different items but decided not to fill them to be offered. Asked for a description of one of the sauces and the answer was “I don’t know”… not a single table was clean and the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned that either. Love mucho but will not return to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this location once before and had excellent service, but tonight was pretty disappointing. I had a regular burrito (normally a small is more than enough, but wanted more/bigger burrito tonight) it was smaller than my usual small size I typically get. See picture for reference. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but the service was painfully slow, I watched the employee who took my order open coin rolls (after I gave exact change) waiting to hand my burrito over with a line of people waiting to have their order taken. Long rant, but I don't think I'll come back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always enjoy Mucho Burrito and this is the first time eating at Westhills. The staff person on was very friendly and prepared my items quickly, 5 stars for her service.
They only reason for the 4 stars is that they don't have the caramel cookie option other stores have and the menu seems to be shrinking. I used to really enjoy the citrus bowl or burrito and some other specials, but this time just had to settle for a regular burrito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Incredible food. Fresh and delicious. Love the vegan and vegetarian options. So many choices, amazing flavour profiles, and affordable. The staff made this place. They were fun, friendly, and knowlegeable. Liberta and Dan were incredible and super friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh tasting, lots of options, extremely reasonably priced. Lots of choices for everyone including kids, vegetarians, spice lovers, and diabetics. Napum was so patient and helpful with my kids. Super friendly service. I highly recommend this place. It is my second time here this week!
