★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My third visit to this place was today, very disappointing. Half of the chicken pics were overcooked and burned, the rest were almost raw and full of oil. The cashier wasn't friendly, wanted to charged me for some sauce that I got it for free on my previous visits, and didn't give us forks for the salad, said (you didn't ask)!!!!! That's beside the wrong salad order i got, when I went back to them not happy with that the cashier started Laughing!!!! Not going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick takeaway with polite staff, however the chicken tenders were way saltier than at KFC in European locations, there is no need for such an amount of salt in any food.

1 order 4 pcs chicken with poutine and drinks all is good..
Then 1 3 pcs chicken with small fries no salt and a drink.
Everything is good until we saw the fries it's almost empty. It's like 15 pcs of fries only..
Send picture to the skip and refunded th half amount of the fries!! Because we got the half and I will not eat it for God knows whose hand goes in there to grab my food.. we aren't after the refund I am just so disappointed and I wish it will never happen again. That's makes me lost my appetite now 3 pcs of chicken sitting there.. if you guys are busy it's okay that we are waiting but please give us the amount of food that we pay. I worked at fast food too and I make sure everyone on my team are doing the standard even if it's super busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a kfc by far, went through the drive though and had to ask talk to the speaker for service, ordered my food and the worker went on to give me the wrong items, so after checking the bag I went inside to ask for the items they missed and the receipt ( which they also didn’t give me) and was told “ it was not their problem.” , worker was by far ignorant and clearly didn’t want to help at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idk what happened to KFC I use to love going here for the fries and gravy but now the fries are always cold and the gravy doesn’t even taste like anything it’s like thick old brown paste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be, hands down, the worst experience ever at a KFC. My chicken tasted and looked like it was previously fried then fried again to heat it up for the next order. Popcorn chicken was cold and the fries were under a heat lamp for what tasted like a day or more. The gravy was well brown flour paste. Do not recommend this place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a busy KFC location due to its location within the Signal Hill business area. Because of that, the food is usually fresh and hot.
I picked up a Spicy Famous Chicken Sandwich with fries. Both items were freshly made. They apologised for the wait, but I was happy I wasn't getting heater lamp food.
The Spicy Famous Chicken Sandwich was crunchy and moist. It was meant to compete against Popeye's Chicken Sandwich and KFC did a pretty good job. The spicy sauce was welcoming and the pickles added a sweetness to the sandwich. This was a delicious sandwich!
The fries were classic KFC fries. They are as expected and I enjoyed them.
Staff were smiling and welcoming. They were apologetic for not having the food ready even though I was 5 mins early. In fact, I received my order 1 min before the set time so I have nothing but appreciation for their work.
Great team and great KFC location!
