★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time we go through this drive thru, we are asked to park for our order. Not even a special order, any order. Today, there were 5 cars waiting for their drive thru orders in the reserved spots. No line up at the drive thru. Staff is always friendly but this process is ridiculous. We now avoid this McDonalds and go out of our way to other options for coffee or a quick bite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and service was okay. Just the policy of no more refills for the drinks was not announced or posted anywhere in the store. Anyway hoping this isn't in all the other outlets and people might have to rethink eating at McDonald's again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok. The quality of the food at this McDonald’s is AWESOME! So happy to have found this location after years of eating around the city resolving to the fact that it must just taste like cardboard now. Not here. The food is consistently good. I only wish they would stop forcing all my food into a tiny bag at the drive thru, and maybe give some napkins some time. ;) But the food makes up for other mistakes! Please share your secrets in quality with the other Locations in the city ha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One goes to McDonald's for cheap fast food. But this McDonald's is anything but fast. 100% of the time they send me to the reserved parking for 5-10 minutes... even during slow times. Plus watch their pricing, they are higher than every other McDonald's I've been too. The McDonald's are NOT line priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been to this McDonald's numerous times. It is almost always busy so the food is consistently fresh albeit always a bit of a wait. They move fast to get your order ready but the sheer volume and popularity makes it a wait. No fault of theirs.
Recently, we popped in for a McNuggets meal. Using the mobile app to order, it initially redirected us to the 17 Avenue McDonald's. Upon switching to this restaurant, we discovered that the upgrade to large fries was only 40 cents compared to 80 cents more at the 17 Avenue restaurant. Good to know that this one charges less than the 17 Avenue one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are doing their best and should be paid more. I also appreciate their rewards app.
I wish corporate/management would insist on there being some sort of compensation for when things go wrong. This evening I ended up waiting 15 minutes instead of 3 for just fries. I understand having for wait a few minutes, but they only remembered I was there when I caught their attention and asked.
Also, these kind of things have happened to me at several McDonald's over a period of years, and every time something goes wrong with the order (quite frequently, but they are also almost always understaffed to save money), all we get for our time is an apology at best. Other fast food places will sometimes add in a cheap thing to the order for free, or give a credit. It has made me loathe to attempt the drive thru specifically. Next time I will just get fries somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is amazing. I opted to ordering my food via their mobile app after seeing the incredible long drive through line. That being said, I ordered online through their app and set it up for mobile pick up. Unfortunately their app didn't work correctly, their staff didn't get the order. I double checked and it was ordered at the correct location.
This was the first time using their mobile app and I'm extremely unimpressed. This entire ordeal took roughly 1.5 hours.
Overall, I'm thoroughly unimpressed and disappointed. I will not be making this same mistake twice.
