However, the fact that you cannot order by phone at this location is a huge problem.
As this location is very popular and very busy, wait times for in-store ordering are long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website's menu has no price. Not a user friendly, I spent more than 5 minutes went around in circle and still couldn’t chose a burger from the menu. The steps: Enter your postal code to see the menu, why? > entered PC > only shown buffallo chicken and drinks > enter your pickup location again for menu> No price shown> Just quit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great burgers, terribly run location. The staff here are COMPLETELY disorganized, leading to long waits and lots of incorrect orders. The Drive Thru acts like they get "dibs" on any burger that comes up. The staff constantly snipe at each other in front of the customers. Very unprofessional. Sadly, this place needs mature management, but will probably never get it. Save yourself the headache and get your Harvey's fix elsewhere.
Update: STILL the worst Harvey's location. Sheer incompetence and they don't seem to care. And, no, I'm not going to fill out your customer survey. If you can't take the time to get my order right, why would I waste mine helping you? Google reviews help the right people... your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious burgers. Probably my favorite of any fast food place. This particular location had extremely fast and friendly staff and having the Swiss chalet attached gives a ton of variety which works great for a big family of picky eaters. Nice dining room and everything is very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this Harvey's location, the service was fast and got the right order. Delicious Buffalo chicken sandwich, one of my all time favourite especially when they freshly cooked it. Recommended this Harvey's if your in the West Hill area.

Second brutal experience in a row. Waited 10 mins in store with no one ahead of me to get two burgers. Watched at least five orders go by and a number of pick up orders get filled too. Cheese was missing when the burgers were finally ready so they just put two pieces of cold cheese on. Burgers were done so I can leave? Nope, no frings, which I had to tell them. Burgers go under a heat lamp for another 5 mins before I had to ask to see the manager. My order had been "removed before fulfillment" and he was sorry but apparently it "sometime happens". One strike, okay. Two strikes and I'm gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly not anything too special here. The deep fried pickles are alright but the burgers don't really have much taste. A&W is the same price and just generally much better tasting and better staff.
